I love to revisit my culture though the vehicle of food. My mother use to make the best black cake. My brother and I use to scarf it down with ice cold milk.
This particular black cake has become a favorite of my clients and for good reason it tastes great!

Mmmm, looks absolutely delicious. I used to look forward to Caribbean black cake at weddings and other special events. Then I became a vegan, and that was the end of that. I'd love to sample this! Any chance you'd be willing to share the recipe? :)
